London based artist. Taking inspiration from gaudio is how I
have interrupted her way to capture the audience than her actual work. Gaudio
work is very powerful but it’s the message behind it that makes it more
powerful to the audience- the works between masculine and feminine of both
being very powerful and dominant beings.
The usage of colour involved in Gaudio works are so lively
and energetic to the audience and the marks used to create that wilderness of
flowers being blossomed on branches is reflected beautifully. The strong mark
making lines of the branches are very bold and strong to which you can see
that’s the masculine lines and combined with soft pastel colours of the
blossoms with rich gold colours blooming out shows the feminine side. Having
the two combined together creates a very dominate bold piece for both genders.
